Launch a Panel Distribution

Once your survey is ready, this page helps you target the right audience and collect responses steadily.

Note

Once distribution starts, tasks may enter an execution queue and consumption is typically irreversible. Validate your survey with a small pilot first.

In Wejot, there is no single “standard” way to start panel distribution.

You do not need to complete one rigid flow first, and not every study starts from the same entry point.

As long as you have a clear target audience or sampling idea, you can enter the distribution stage from different forms of information.

Describe your sample needs in conversation

You can describe the audience you want in natural language, without configuring tags or parameters first.

This works well when the study is still forming, and sampling criteria need to be clarified through conversation.

Your documents already include sampling criteria

In some studies, requirements already exist in research materials.

You can provide these files directly, and Wejot will evaluate whether criteria are sufficient.

This works well when research design is largely complete and you want to move quickly into execution.

Manually choose sample tags

If you already know exactly who you need, you can launch distribution by selecting tags directly.

This is closer to traditional sample configuration, and fits studies with clear targets and constraints.

If you built the survey on another platform but want Wejot’s panel capabilities, you can provide the existing survey link.

Wejot will assess feasibility and cost based on the survey structure and sampling needs.

These approaches are not mutually exclusive.

In real studies, you might:

  • Start by describing needs in chat
  • Add documents or links
  • Then refine criteria

Wejot lets the study naturally transition from existing information to distribution.

You can think of panel distribution as:

Once the study has a basic shape, it is the step that puts questions in front of the target audience.

It is not tied to a single entry or rigid process. It follows the research itself.

These examples show how you might provide information to start distribution:

I need 300 mobile game players in Tier-1 cities. They must have paid in the last month. This is for testing a new art direction for the next version.
Here is our research brief. The target audience and sample size are already defined. Please launch distribution based on this.
